Torq Delpero Classic 9'2 Longboard

The Torq Delpero Classic 9'2 Longboard is a refined cruiser designed for surfers who want timeless longboard style blended with modern usability. Torq describes it simply: cross step with grace, turn with ease. At 9'2" x 23" x 3 1/8" with 77.2 liters of volume, this board offers excellent glide, smooth trim, and plenty of stability for classic longboarding with surprising maneuverability. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

Developed with input from Edouard Delpero and shaped by Alain Minvielle, the Delpero Classic takes inspiration from traditional 1960s longboard design with no edge, then adds a more modern bottom line to create what Torq calls the perfect cruiser. According to Torq, the key to the design is the rocker and volume distribution, which help the board maintain noserides in the pocket while still gliding easily in smaller surf and handling larger waves with confidence. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}

Torq also highlights the board’s volume flow from a thicker nose to a thinner tail, a design choice intended to help you cross step smoothly and turn more easily than you might expect from a classic-style shape. Whether you are focused on stylish trim, classic noseriding, or a longboard that blends old-school flow with practical all-around performance, the Delpero Classic 9'2" is built to deliver. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
