  • What is your return policy?

    60 days!!! New, unopened, unused and unworn items with original tags attached must be returned within 60 days of the purchase. RIDER SHACK will issue a full refund minus shipping costs in the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving returned item.

    Sale items are returnable and must be unopened, unused and unworn with original tags attached and returned within 15 days of the date customer received. RIDER SHACK will issue a full store credit minus shipping costs.

    Special Orders are items not normally stocked by RIDER SHACK, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

    Defective items can be returned for exchange within 60 days of the date customer received. RIDER SHACK will issue a refund on return shipping costs within 60 business days of receiving defective item.

    RIDER SHACK recommends that returned items be shipped via a trackable post like FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation, fully insured. RIDER SHACK is not responsible for any damages or losses through shipping.

    All Surfboard sales are final no returns will be accepted.
