  • How can I make a purchase for curbside pick-up?

    Purchases can be placed online 24/7 or via phone Daily 11-3 at 310-821-7873.

  • How does curbside pickup work?

    Same-day curbside pickup is available daily in Los Angeles from 11AM-3PM.

    -Place your order online or via phone before 2pm.
    -Allow us up to 1 hour to gather your order.
    -Pull to our back parking lot via the alley during our pickup hours. When you arrive, please call 310-821-7873 and we will bring your order out.

  • How long will it take for my order to be ready?
    We ask that you give us 1 hour from the time of placing your order before you pickup during our daily pickup window.
  • Are you still doing ding repairs?
    Yes! Ding repair is available Monday-Friday 11-3.
  • Are you still taking in consignment boards?
    At the moment we are not able to take in consignment boards. However, we might be able to accept your surfboard on a trade in basis (towards another board) or outright purchase your board. If you would like to discuss this option further please email photos of your board to jeff@ridershack.com you can also text him directly at 310-902-6310.
  • What safety measures is Rider Shack implementing?
    The safety of our staff and our customers is a top priority. To ensure safety during pickup we have requested our staff as well as customers wear a face coverings. We will request customers maintain a safe social distancing and we will have hand sanitizer available at the pickup window.
