A surfboard bike rack is a great healthy way to transport you and your surfboard to the beach. Using a surfboard bike rack you will save money on gas and parking all while helping decrease toxic fumes and getting a great warm up in before your surf.
Surfboard bike racks are available in 3 styles:
Side-Mount The sidemount surfboard bike rack mounts your surfboard to the side of the bike. The sidemount surfboard bike rack is the most common and will hold most size boards. They usually attach to the frame or under the seat.
Rear-Mount The rear-mount surfboard bike rack mounts to the back of the seat and is best used for surfboards that are less than 6’6”.
Rear-Mount Trailer The rear mount trailer surfboard bike rack is great for bigger longboards and stand up paddle surfboards. You can stack a few smaller boards for one easy trip to the beach with friends or family.
