Lost 5'7'' Split Tail RV Shortboard Surfboard
$795.00
Add to Cart
The Split Diamond tail has been growing in popularity among many shapers lately. Lost became interested in it as soon as they saw them first on boards like Tomos and Mandellas a few years ago. Adding this tail to the R.V. creates a longer, straighter rail line in the back half of the board….generating more drive off the tail. The surface area is increased, adding more lift, the notched out “split” gives a little bite and release to hold in and bleed some speed. As a fresh twist update to an already popular board, The Split Tail R.V. is as equally fun and squirty in small, connect the dot, gutless dribble as it is effective in high-lining and down carving arcs across long speedy walls.

Lost 5'6'' Short Round Shortboard Surfboard

Lost's latest high performance hybrid. In the tradition of the Rocket and its many knock offs, the Shortround bridges the gap between easy riding “cheater” boards and the HP Shortboard. Tested all around Southern California in the summer of 2014, this board has more than impressed. The buzz about it is spreading fast. The speed comes from a low entry rocker and wide-ish nose, with a forward wide point and generous concave throughout. The performance comes from a moderate, but not flipped up, tail rocker, a double concave through the fins and the same sort of modern bump squash tail that you would find on a typical contest style, small wave HP shortboard. All combined, it doesn’t look like anything fancy and there are no gimmicks, but some times less is more, and there is a lot packed into this little board.

Channel Islands 5'7'' Average Joe Surfboard
$700.00
Add to Cart
Over the last six years and hundreds of stops on our demo tour we have learned a few things. One of those is that surfers sometimes want something simple, fun, and easy to ride.
Light single concave for the first 1/3 to deepening concave vee throughout. The Joe can be surfed off the rail or tail that has Al’s signature hip tail template to keep drive. Full rails keep high volume in a short outline.

Increase wave count, make more sections. The average Joe is geared towards the things that makes surfing fun.

Channel Islands first and foremost is performance based and athlete driven, but not everyone’s next paycheck hinges on how critical their equipment works.

Lost Lazy Toy 5'6 Surfboard
$698.00

The Lost Lazy Toy surfboard is both a continuation and a break away from the Bottom Feeder and Plank Genre surfboards. The Lazy Toy takes these high volume low rocker small wave surfboard designs and brings it to a wider range of surf capabilities. This surfboard uses an eliptical outline influenced by Wayne Lynch & Michael Peterson in the 1970's as well as Dave Parmenter in the 80's and 90's. These eliptical outlines give the Lazy toy a very open and forgiving sweet spot and allow the board to be surfed in knee to well overhead waves.
