RIDER SHACK is an online ecommerce store that allows users to purchase Surf Gear and Accessories. RIDER SHACK allows users to leave reviews for products they have experienced. RIDER SHACK’s website is on an AS AVAILABLE basis.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
When you register for an account with RIDER SHACK, you create a username, password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. By signing up for an account with RIDER SHACK you agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and you ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. RIDER SHACK cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to comply with RIDER SHACK’s Site Terms.

MEMBER CONDUCT
When registering for a RIDER SHACK account, you understand that all product reviews and usernames (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such “Content” originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all Content that you post or otherwise make available via RIDER SHACK’s Service. Although not responsible for this behavior, RIDER SHACK wants to create a positive shopping experience and WILL delete any accounts that use derogatory, obscene, libelous or racist language, images, emails, etc. RIDER SHACK cannot and will not be responsible for the loss or damage of information when deleting an account due to your failure to comply with RIDER SHACK’s Site Terms.

TERMINATION
You agree that RIDER SHACK may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your RIDER SHACK account and any associated orders. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, 1. breaches or violations of the Site Terms or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, 2. requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, 3. a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), 4. unexpected technical or security issues or problems, 5. extended periods of inactivity, 6. engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or 7. an open balance owed by you in connection with RIDER SHACK’s Services. Termination of your RIDER SHACK account includes 1. deletion of your username/password and all related information, and review content associated with your account (or any part thereof), and 2. barring of further use of RIDER SHACK’s Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in RIDER SHACK's sole discretion and that RIDER SHACK shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated personal information, or access to the RIDER SHACK’s Service.
