SHACK's Los Angeles Surfboard Rental & Demo program
will let you try before you buy. With a growing
inventory of over 20 surf and paddle boards, feel
confident purchasing a new surfboard by trying it
out before committing to the full price. We also
offer free consultations for surfers looking to try
something out of their norm or learners needing some
direction on which board would be best for them.

To rent
a board, you will need a valid ID/Drivers License, a
major credit or debit card and sign our terms and
conditions gear rental form.
All board rentals require a $150 deposit that is
fully refundable assuming the board comes back in
the same condition as it left RIDER SHACK. If you
ding a board, we take only the repair cost out of
your deposit.
We do not rent wetsuits.
