How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship the same or next business day out of Los Angeles, CA. Smaller packages ship via USPS first class or Priority, and can take 2-14 days. Surfboards ship via UPS and can take up to 5 business days to get to you.

 

Can I pick up my order?

You will see a free in-store pick up option during check out. Please allow us a few hours to have your order ready.

Most products online are available in-store, so feel free to stop by and check things out before you buy.

 

How much does shipping cost and what are my options?

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75

(Excludes oversized items like surfboards, board bags, skateboards, etc. Free Shipping only available in the continental US. Returned items will be charged original shipping fee.

SHIPPING RATES

Most orders ship via UPS and rates are quoted live when items are added to the cart and your shipping address is input. Please note surfboards over 8ft cannot be shipped via UPS and we will need to arrange a custom freight quote which typically runs $250-$400.

NEW- CENTRAL CALIFORNIA PICK UP

Contact us if you are interested in picking up your order for free (including surfboards) at our California Central Coast pick up location in the Santa Ynez Valley. Orders transferred weekly.

 

RETURNS


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

60 DAY RETURN POLICY!

New, unopened, unused and unworn items with original tags attached must be returned within 60 days of the purchase. RIDER SHACK will issue a full refund minus shipping costs in the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving returned item.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are returnable and must be unopened, unused and unworn with original tags attached and returned within 15 days of the date customer received. RIDER SHACK will issue a full store credit minus shipping costs.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders are items not normally stocked by RIDER SHACK, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

 

SURFBOARDS

All Surfboard sales are final no returns will be accepted.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

To initiate a return or to check the status of a return, please contact us at 310-821-SURF (7873), toll-free at 1-877-57-SHACK (74225), or send us an email through our contact page to request a return authorization number and instructions. Please note that certain products are not returnable. Please refer to our return policy.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

RIDER SHACK recommends that returned items be shipped via a trackable post like FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation, fully insured. RIDER SHACK is not responsible for any damages or losses through shipping.
